Meatball and green bean, smooth formed egg base with beef and pork meatball and green bean in a creamy sauce and mashed potato.

BirdsEye Soft Meals are created using ‘timbales’, named after a French cooking technique of shaping foods. Made by mixing food purees with egg, starch and spices, our timbales are combined with our delicious sauces to create a convenient and tasty frozen soft food meal.

Birds Eye Soft Meals are developed to be a suitable consistency for those at IDDSI level 7 (Easy to Chew), but they can also be adapted for IDDSI levels 4, 5 and 6 by following just a few simple steps. Click Here to find out more.

Cooking Method 1

Pre heat the oven to 180ºC/ Fan 160ºC/ Gas 4, cook for 35 minutes. Do not pierce or remove the film lid.  Place on a baking tray in the middle of the oven.  Cook for the required time. 

CAUTION! WHEN REMOVING THE FILM LID HOT STEAM MAY ESCAPE. CONTENTS WILL BE VERY HOT.

Food should be consumed soon after cooking to avoid skin generation. If a skin develops remove it as necessary for your condition.

Remove the outer packaging. Do not pierce or remove the film lid. Microwave on FULL POWER for:
